Free Site Assessment

We visit your site at no cost and with no obligation. We assess your electrical infrastructure, identify your requirements, flag any compliance considerations and take the measurements we need to produce an accurate proposal. You pay nothing for this visit.

Transparent Proposal & Bill of Quantities

Within 48 hours of the site visit, you receive a detailed, itemised quotation with full technical specifications. Every component is listed. Every cost is explained. There are no provisional sums, no 'will be confirmed on site' items, and no hidden charges. What you approve is what you pay.

Scheduled Installation

Work is planned around mutually agreed milestones. Your dedicated site supervisor coordinates the team, enforces PPE compliance, manages sequencing and maintains communication with you throughout. No unsupervised labour on any Pro Electrics site, ever.

Testing & Commissioning

Before sign-off, every system is tested against defined performance benchmarks. Electrical installations undergo insulation resistance testing, earth continuity and load testing. Solar systems are commissioned against output specifications with battery charge-discharge verification. Nothing is handed over until the numbers confirm the work.

Formal Handover

At project close, you receive a complete handover package: commissioning test results, system schematics, equipment documentation, manufacturer warranty cards and our workmanship warranty certificate. You leave with a complete paper record of everything installed, tested and warranted. Not just a receipt.

After-Sales Support

Our relationship with you does not end at handover. We respond to maintenance callouts within 24 hours. We are available for monitoring support, system upgrades and annual service visits. If something is not performing as specified, we come back.

Every engagement begins with a no-obligation site visit — no consultant fees, no assessment charges. We invest the time upfront so that our proposal is accurate and our installation has no surprises.

2. Transparent Bill of Quantities

You receive a fully itemized quotation before a single tool is picked up. Brand, model, quantity and unit price for every component. The scope is agreed in writing. What you sign is what we deliver.

3. 6-Month Workmanship Warranty

All installations carry a 6-month workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties on every supplied component. If it fails because of how it was installed, we fix it at our cost.

4. 24-Hour Maintenance Response

Maintenance callouts are attended to within 24 hours. A solar system failing overnight, a DB tripping at 10pm, a pump fault on a weekend — we respond. Because downtime costs you more than it costs us.

5. Formal Handover on Every Project

Complete commissioning records, test results, equipment documentation and warranty details — delivered as a physical package at the close of every project. No verbal handovers. No 'I'll send it later'.

6. Full Statutory Compliance

Pro Electrics is formally incorporated, tax-registered and PRAZ-registered. For institutional and commercial clients, this is not optional — your contractor must be fully auditable. We are.
